- Receive and liaise new development request from Sales/Customer Services/Regional Office.
- Coordinate with PD / Key accountmanager to create specificaton of each item into the system
- Distribute Specs and color target to Technical & Production Team before sampling
- Follow best practices to ensure smooth and continuous product development operations
- Review with checklist to ensure product is perfect before submiting to US/Sales
- Cordinate with Production/ OS/ QC to ensure to get improved and qualify product if 1st submision is failed
- Finish tasks that are assigned by Key Account Manager.
- Report to manager and daily system matic report on the progress of each project
- Follow up on tight design, sampling, fitting, testing, reporting and customer approval documentation and timeline
- Build the process / Checklist/ Key control point to ensure no quality issue with development/ mass production at supplier
- Cordinate with QC to solve quality issue at supplier if have
- Education: University with major Printing or Packaging Industry
- Have working experience at least 02 years on packaging industry: Offset/Flexo carton box
- Can use design software as Ai, photoshop, CAD, 3D rendering is preferred
- Have Prepress experience is preferred
- Have experience on Product Development position is preferred.
- Good English is preferred
- Skill: Problem solving, Communication, Deep dive to details
