Plan, set up, and optimize performance advertising campaigns across platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Zalo Ads…).
Analyze data, track KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR…) and deliver actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
Manage monthly budgets and ensure spending efficiency based on client goals.
Monitor daily campaign performance; detect anomalies and adjust bidding, audience, creatives, and frequency.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing ad copies, visuals, and landing page ideas.
Conduct A/B testing (creative, audience, landing page, bidding strategy).
Prepare weekly/monthly reports and present results & insights to clients.
Research competitors, market trends, and new ad formats to improve results.
Support Account team in building media strategies & performance proposals for clients.
3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing at an agency or in-house marketing team.
Solid skills in Facebook Ads, Google Ads; bonus if familiar with TikTok Ads, Zalo Ads, and Programmatic.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio.
Understanding of tracking, attribution models, and conversion optimization.
Ability to work under high pressure & manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Good communication skills; ability to present data clearly.
Basic knowledge of landing page UX/UI is a plus.
