We are seeking a highly capable, bilingual, and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Managing Director of a fast-growing international business headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City. This is a pivotal role for a professional who is ambitious, organized, and eager to grow into a broader management career.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the MD’s schedule, communications, travel, and administrative priorities to ensure smooth daily operations. This position requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and business documentation.
Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, business travel, and company events (domestic and international).
Handle confidential and sensitive matters with absolute professionalism.
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests on behalf of the MD.
Provide occasional personal assistance to the MD as required.
Job Requirement
Key Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior management.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern communication tools (Teams, Zoom, WhatsApp, etc.).
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Confident, adaptable, and able to handle high expectations in a busy executive environment.
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, Doctoral degree or PhD
Preferred Profile
Ideally aged 25–35 years old (female), already working in a similar role and seeking long-term growth into a General Manager–type position.
Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to travel internationally as required.
Well-presented, confident, and comfortable representing the Managing Director in professional settings.
A positive attitude, maturity, and genuine interest in business and leadership development.
