Preventive Maintenance Engineer (PLC Battery Background)

1. Support TPM program: AM pillar, PM pillar
2. Conduct proper reactive maintenance; lead troubleshooting in cooperation with other teams
3. Conduct proper plan and action of preventive maintenance
4. Ensure new machines & NPD fixture set-up, buyoff & hand-over successfully
5. Ensure machine, tool & fixture improvement through Kaizen activities
6. Prepare reports and machine documentation and provide full training to technician team
7. Support management in planning & implementing layout/production technology & strategy
8. Control all technician performance
9. Make sure all production machine run smoothly
10. Control for PM meet all department target (MTTR, MTTF, Downtime rate)

This position will be based in SHTP Factory. Shuttle bus from District 1,7,10,11,12, Go Vap, Tan Binh, Hoc Mon/Binh Duong/Dong Nai is available.

1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical/mechatronics/electric fields
2. Proven experience (3-4 years or above) as the maintenance engineer in manufacturing environment
3. Good level of English skill (both written and verbal) to work with global team
4. Machine troubleshooting shooting skill 
5. Design skill is an advantage. 
6. PLC program 
7. Knowledge about 8D, 5S, CPK, GR&R, clean, TPM 
8. Good teamwork & communication skills
