Job Description

Be in charge of administration regarding to purchasing and goods procedures.
Assist the supervision of delivery of imported procedures
Monior the change of price in SAP system.
Follow up and fulfil all documents that required for shipments.
Deal with the other internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse and Transportation, QA...) for the goods related matters (price, stock, date…)
Assist to do data analysis and Sales/ Stock forecast.
Input/ maintain the accuracy of data in SAP system.
Prepare the analysis as and when required.

Job Requirement

At least 6 month experience in relavent areas.
University graduated in Economic, Foreign Trade, Business Management.
Good communication both English and Vietnamese.
Self-improvement, self-motivated, integrity, independent and can work under high pressure.
