In charge of delivering the assigned categories’ performance in terms of assortment, pricing, display, other incomes to achieve category sales and profit target set by company.
Main Responsibilities
1. Category Management
Monitor and analyze the category performance in number of assortments, new products, sales, profit then develop and implement action plans to grow the category based on strategy.
Conduct frequent market research/ study report (AC Nielson/ IQVIA) for new products and pricing…. to ensure range selection meets customer needs on the weekly basis.
Define strategy and action plans to meet sales and profit.
Develop Exclusive/ Direct Import product sourcing.
Ensure the stock availability at store when have promotion and maximize profit from forward Buy when OOS-vendor or increase pricing.
2. Supplier Management
Source more suppliers and new products following company’s strategy on category growth and company’s policy.
Maximize Trading term including good return with suppliers and trade marketing incomes.
Work daily with suppliers in terms of stock/pricing/promotion/branding.
Maximize Payment Term and Goods return or exchange for slow moving/expired products
Ensure the best or exclusive promotion.
3. Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards
4. Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
Professional major: Pharmacy, Business, Commercial, Economics
2nd language ability: Good at English (writing, reading, speaking, listening)
