PROCUREMENT DATA ANALYTICS SPECIALIST

Mainly in data analysis to update the most updated number to the management team. Coordinate with suppliers/factories to ensure all details/information meet the target.

Responsibilities

1. Cost & Expense Data Analysis

• Collect, aggregate, and analyze cost data of raw materials and products.
• Create charts to assess price fluctuation trends and propose cost optimization solutions for procurement.
• Compare costs among suppliers to support purchasing decisions.

2. Purchasing

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all purchasing activities
• Support the resolution of any supply issues or discrepancies promptly

3. Administrative

• Prepare reports on purchases and other relevant tasks assigned by Purchasing Manager then present with Management team frequently
• Review, document and obtain all details, information and specifications required to complete the accurate pricing of all projects to customers and the related purchase orders to suppliers.
• Review costing and factory bill-of-materials to ensure accuracy and competitive pricing for products. Research market prices for products.

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Major/Subject: Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Professional Qualifications: Proficiency in MS. Office and analysis tools.
3. Years of Work Experience: at least 3 years of experience (Having leadership experience is an advantage.)
4. Languages: English (Chinese is a plus)
