Ly Gia Vien is a leader in Vietnam's culinary and hospitality sectors since 2010, specializes in premium kitchen equipment, luxurious hospitality items, and fine gourmet ingredients – we empower chefs, restaurants, hotels, and F&B businesses to thrive. The Product Content Specialist plays a key role in creating and managing engaging product content, lead magnets, and sales enablement assets that attract, educate, and convert customers. This role bridges marketing and sales by ensuring that every piece of content (from brochures to chef playbooks) supports the customer journey — from awareness to purchase to loyalty.
Product Content Development:
- Create and maintain product datasheets, brochures, catalogs, and case studies for Ly Gia Vien’s equipment, ingredients, and services.
- Develop chef-driven content (e.g., menu ideas, recipe applications, product use cases) in collaboration with Field Marketing.
- Ensure content reflects culinary trends (plant-based, fusion, seasonal menus) to stay relevant.
Lead Magnet & Campaign Assets:
- Design high-value lead magnets (ebooks, guides, ROI calculators, demo vouchers, chef recipe books) for Salesforce campaigns.
- Work with the Digital Marketing team to optimize landing pages for lead capture.
- Repurpose content for social media, email marketing, and B2B e-commerce.
Sales Enablement Support:
- Provide the Business Development team with content kits (presentations, proposals, one-pagers) to win new accounts.
- Support Field Marketing with demo scripts, workshop materials, and event content.
- Maintain a central content library (knowledge hub) for the sales team.
Content Performance Tracking:
- Track content engagement (downloads, CTR, demo sign-ups).
- Analyze which assets convert best and optimize future content.
- Report monthly on content-to-lead pipeline contribution.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Proven 2-4 years of experience in B2B content marketing, product content, or sales enablement.
Prefers experience in culinary, F&B, or hospitality industry is a plus.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and commercial impact.
