Production Manager

Job Description

- Be responsible for managing all production operations within Vietnam

- Ensure our products exceed our customers quality expectations

- Monitor and manage production activities, ensure all production lines run smoothly

- Manage all production staffs and keep the track on the overall working of the production department

- Be responsible about repairing and maintaining of machines

- Recommend, implement and evolve workflow systems that are effective in both time and cost

- Communicate with Hong Kong Headquarter and different departments in China factory

Job Requirement

- Priority is given to candidates with skills in the label and garment printing industry, Packaging or similar companies in the same industry.

- Education background: Graduated from University

- Knowledge: A solid understanding in printing

- Professional experience: Has experience in managing on label and tag industry and good experience in offset printing.

- Skills: Communication, computer and especially people management & problem-solving skill.

Time-management and organizational skills

Think and act quickly and creatively

- Languages: English & Chinese (if any) will be an advantage

- Character: active, truthful, well organized
