Monitor and manage customers’ purchase orders and forecasts; conduct regular visits to gain insights into their forecast and ordering needs to support effective planning.
Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring alignment with customer demands and sales forecasts using the ERP system.
Assess production requirements by analyzing technical specifications, production capacity, and conducting necessary calculations to define process flows, manpower needs, and equipment requirements.
Schedule and coordinate workflows across departments, following established production sequences and timelines.
Define the order of manufacturing activities such as fabrication, assembly, and installation to guide production teams.
Collaborate with departmental leaders to track project progress and address any issues.
Proactively resolve scheduling delays and make adjustments to accommodate unexpected challenges.
Coordinate delivery schedules and follow up to ensure timely shipments to clients.
Compile production data and create reports on delivery performance and operational output.
Identify and list materials, equipment, and tools required for production activities.
Generate material requirement plans to support procurement activities for necessary resources.
Job Requirement
Male or female, aged between 30 and 40.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within manufacturing environments, preferably in the mechanical or electronics industry.
Strong ability to independently calculate manpower needs and determine machine/equipment quantities, ensuring no overlap with existing production plans.
Proficient in all four English skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems for production planning and management.
