Job Description

• Project Administration (80%)

1. Track and follow up on project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables with relevant teams.
2. Maintain and update project schedules, task lists, and progress trackers.
3. Ensure timely communication of progress, risks, and dependencies to the Director.
4. Coordinate meeting logistics: agenda, action items, and follow-up notes.
5. Support documentation and version control of project files.
6. Use project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira) to monitor and update tasks.

• Executive Support (20%)

1. Manage Director’s calendar and coordinate meetings.
2. Handle professional correspondence in Vietnamese and English.

Job Requirement

1. Male candidate only.
2. Bachelor’s degree required.
3. 2+ years of relevant experience in project administration, coordination, or executive support.
4. Fluent in English (written & spoken).
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira) is a strong plus.
6. Excellent organizational, follow-up, and communication skills.
7. Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
8. Background in healthcare or service industries is a plus.
