Position Summary

• We are seeking a Project Manager who will play a critical role in converting client inquiries into signed contracts and delivering successful interior design and construction projects. This position involves client consultation, project planning, team coordination, and quality assurance—requiring a balance of sales expertise, design understanding, and operational execution
Job Description
1. Client Consultation & Sales
• Meet prospective clients to understand their needs and consult on interior styles, space planning, budget, and project scope
• Build strong rapport and gain client trust to convert leads into signed contracts
• Prepare and present proposals, including estimated timelines, costings, and design directions
2. Design Brief & Conceptualization
• Translate client needs into preliminary 2D/3D plans and technical drawings (in collaboration with design team)
• Define key project requirements, functional needs, and aesthetic goals
3. Project Planning & Execution
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Allocate resources effectively and track progress across design, procurement, and construction stages
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
• Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project completion
4. Team Coordination & Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate internal team members and external partners, including subcontractors and suppliers
• Delegate tasks appropriately and provide performance oversight
• Maintain transparent and professional communication with clients throughout the project
5. Contract & Documentation
• Oversee the preparation and signing of project contracts
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly archived
• Monitor budgetary objectives and provide financial reporting and analysis when needed
6. Material & Product Management
• Assist clients in material and furniture selection
• Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely procurement and installation
7. Process Improvement & Innovation
• Continuously optimize workflows, material library, cost estimation tools, and supplier networks
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and new technologies
Must-Have
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in interior design project management or related roles
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Strong background in design consultation and construction coordination
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or other design tools
• Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and negotiation skills
• Sales mindset with a proven track record of client conversion and relationship building
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
• Proficient in English communication
• Willingness to travel regionally as required
Preferred
• Experience with cost estimation and contract handling
• Familiarity with project management tools
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
