Project manager

Job Description

Job Purpose: Lead product development projects from initiation to closure. Align plan and planning with team and stakeholders and implement the project accordingly. you will work in an international and innovative environment. As a project leader you will have a high degree of independence to shape the projects and drive them to success

Job Duties:

• Lead and manage client projects from initiation to successful completion, consistently delivering outcomes that exceed expectations
• Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, define project scopes, develop detailed plans, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with company quality standards, customer specifications, and applicable regulatory requirements
• Define project time plan with clear milestones and phases; identify possible risks and at the same time derive measures for minimization
• Facilitate project kick-off meetings and ongoing review sessions with both internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with other departments such as R&D, operations, quality and supply chain to meet the project deliverables.
• Provide regular project updates and comprehensive progress reports to executive leadership and management team

Job Requirement

Education Required

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management fields, Preferable: Master’s degree

2. PMP certification (or similar) is an advantage.

Experience Required

1. 5+ years of experience in project management within product development and manufacturing environment.

2. Strong project management skills, including expertise in planning, monitoring, controlling, and adjusting workflows as required

3. Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.

4. Leadership and good communication capability with a wide variety of stakeholders
