An experienced New Business Development Sales professional at this level will be responsible for key business responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect potential commercial and residential building owners through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
• DomDom The Real Estate platform: Responsible for driving sales performance of DomDom to residential and commercial real estate agencies and developers.
Detail tasks
1. Property Management: Actively acquiring new property management clients to grow our portfolio, presenting our services, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the commercial/residential real estate market.
2. Apartment Rentals: Driving Southern Cross rental business.
3. External Agency Partnership: For the Real Estate platform (DomDom) Responsible for driving sales of our real estate platform to residential real estate agencies and developers. Building and nurturing relationships with external real estate agencies to expand our channel presence and secure more co-broker opportunities.
4. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, from initial inquiry through to contract signing and ongoing support.
5. Market Feedback: Gather and report market insights to the product and marketing teams to help improve our services and platform features.
6. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and client acquisition numbers.
