QA Staff

Job Description

• Prepare all necessary materials for the final inspection, including:
 - Technical drawings and specifications
 - Fabric and material swatches (including finishing color swatches)
 - Approved gold seal or PPS (Pre-Production Samples)

• Ensure the inspection area is well-organized, with products properly labeled and all materials accurate and complete.

• Document all inspection results and summarize which products require adjustments or repairs.

• Coordinate with relevant departments (Technical, Production, and QC) to ensure timely corrective actions are taken based on customer feedback.

• Monitor and follow up on the status of rework or improvement items to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement

Experience:

·         Minimum 3 years of experience in furniture production, especially in upholstered products.

·         Solid experience in QC/QA inspection and working with customers.

Skills:

·         Good understanding of furniture construction, upholstery techniques, and quality standards.

·         Communication in English (both written and verbal) is required.

·         Familiar with inspection documentation and reporting formats.

·         Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
