QA Supervisor/ Assistant Manager (Work location: VSIP 2 - Binh Duong)

Job Description

• Make sure that related procedures are available and implemented effectively.
• Đảm bảo các quy trình liên quan luôn sẵn sàng và được thực hiện một cách hiệu quả.

• Coordinate with other departments to conduct supplier document evaluations, current supplier audits, and develop alternate suppliers according to the procedure. Draft audit reports and monitor the completion of findings (errors).
• Phối hợp với các phòng ban chức năng khác thực hiện đánh giá hồ sơ nhà cung cấp, thanh tra nhà cung cấp hiện hành và phát triển dự khuyết theo đúng quy trình. Soạn thảo báo cáo thanh tra và theo dõi việc hoàn tất các tồn tại (lỗi).

• Coordinate and control the Complaint Handling process of the plant to ensure that root causes of complaints are addressed in a timely manner and recurrence is prevented.
• Điều phối quy trình Quản lý việc xử lý hàng khiếu nại nhằm đảm bảo giải quyết tận gốc các khiếu nại và tránh tái diễn.

• Coordinate and control the change control program of plant operations to prevent unauthorized changes in the system or procedures. Support in reviewing the proposed action plans and relevant documents related to changes from different departments in the plant, and monitor the closure of proposed actions in change control.
• Điều phối chương trình kiểm soát thay đổi tại nhà máy nhằm ngăn ngừa việc thay đổi quy trình hay hệ thống không phù hợp. Hỗ trợ kiểm tra các đề xuất kế hoạch hành động và tài liệu liên quan đến thay đổi từ các bộ phận khác nhau trong nhà máy, theo dõi sự hoàn thành các hành động liên quan.

• Review environmental results and trending data to ensure that product quality is not affected by the environment.
• Xem xét kết quả môi trường và dữ liệu xu hướng để đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm không bị ảnh hưởng bởi môi trường.

• Perform CSV of all lab equipment if required
• Thực hiện CSV cho các thiết bị phòng thí nghiệm nếu có yêu cầu

• Drive the Product Quality Review (PQR) process, ensure robust investigation of root causes, and timely closure of action items from PQR. Prepare PQR Report, hold the PQR meeting with relevant departments, and monitor the closure of PQR actions
• Dẫn dắt việc Xem xét chất lượng sản phẩm, đảm bảo các vấn đề phát hiện trong quá trình này được giải quyết nhanh chóng. Soạn thảo báo cáo PQR, tiến hành cuộc họp giữa các bộ phận liên quan, theo dõi sự hoàn thành của các hành động liên quan đến PQR

• Support in reviewing validation protocols and reports, new or revised Batch Manufacturing Records, and Batch Packaging Records before submission to the QA Manager for approval
• Hỗ trợ xem xét đề cương và báo cáo thẩm định, Hồ sơ lô sản xuất, Hồ sơ lô đóng gói mới hoặc cập nhật trước khi gửi Trưởng bộ phận ĐBCL phê duyệt.

• Coordinate and handle the exception reporting and CAPA program of the plant to ensure that root causes of quality problems are addressed in a timely manner and recurrence is prevented. Report trending technical issues in the monthly management review meeting
• Phối hợp điều phối quy trình Báo cáo sai lệch và Biện pháp khắc phục phòng ngừa nhằm đảm bảo giải quyết tận gốc các vấn đề về chất lượng nhanh nhất và tránh tái diễn. Báo cáo xu hướng sự cố kỹ thuật trong cuộc họp xem xét lãnh đạo hàng tháng.

• Establish, control, and improve documentation processes, storage, and safe-keeping in the plant. Maintain compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in the plant. Ensure that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and reliable at all times.
• Xây dựng, kiểm soát và không ngừng cải tiến quy trình quản lý và lưu trữ hồ sơ tài liệu trong nhà máy. Duy trì việc tuân thủ Thực hành tốt tài liệu (GDP). Đảm bảo tất cả hồ sơ tài liệu luôn chính xác, cập nhật và đáng tin cậy.

• Support to conduct internal audits, follow up on all action plans, and provide monthly reports in the Management Review meeting.
• Hỗ trợ thực hiện thanh tra nội bộ, theo dõi các kế hoạch hành động, báo cáo hàng tháng trong cuộc họp Xem xét lãnh đạo.

• Set the annual training program (in coordination with the heads of different units). Prepare, update the training programs, carry out the training according to the programs, and keep the training files and documents as archives. Conduct GMP training for new staff and yearly refresh GMP for all employees.
• Xây dựng kế hoạch đào tạo hàng năm (phối hợp với trưởng bộ phận của các phòng ban). Soạn thảo, cập nhật chương trình đào tạo, thực hiện đào tạo theo kế hoạch, lưu trữ các tài liệu liên quan đến đào tạo. Đào tạo GMP cho nhân viên mới và đào tạo hằng năm cho tất cả nhân viên.

• Review and control printed packaging materials (check artwork, CD, printed proof, and color proof based on packaging material specifications).
• Xem xét và quản lý bao bì in (kiểm tra artwork, CD, bản in và bản màu mẫu dựa trên tiêu chuẩn bao bì).

• Control import product inspections, and review inspection reports
• Kiểm soát việc thanh tra hàng nhập khẩu, xem xét báo cáo thanh tra.

• Provide timely support in the resolution of technical issues as needed
• Kịp thời hỗ trợ các giải pháp liên quan đến sự cố kỹ thuật khi cần.

• Coordinate and provide adequate support to Production to ensure the smooth flow of daily frontline operations. Eliminate root causes related to the QA Department.
• Phối hợp và hỗ trợ kịp thời cho bộ phận sản xuất trong các hoạt động hằng ngày. Loại bỏ các nguyên nhân chậm trễ đến từ phòng ĐBCL.​

• Release finished goods; Act as the Authorized Person/Qualified Person and certify that the product has been manufactured and tested in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturing authorization and all other requirements regarding the manufacture, quality control, and release of medicinal products for sale.
• Xuất thành phẩm: hành động như Người có thẩm quyền/người ủy quyền xuất lô thành phẩm và chứng nhận rằng sản phẩm được sản xuất và kiểm nghiệm phù hợp với yêu cầu về giấy phép sản xuất sản phẩm và các yêu cầu khác về sản xuất, kiểm tra chất lượng và xuất xưởng thành phẩm thuốc để bán.

• Take the role of Administrator of quality control equipment. Ensure timely maintenance and calibration are conducted following the Preventive Maintenance and Calibration Program.
• Giữ vai trò quản trị viên hệ thống thiết bị kiểm nghiệm nếu có yêu cầu. Đảm bảo bảo trì và hiệu chuẩn đúng hạn theo Chương trình bảo trì và hiệu chuẩn.

• Comply with regulatory requirements. Demonstrate audit-readiness at all times.
• Tuân thủ các yêu cầu về pháp chế. Luôn sẵn sàng cho thanh tra ở mọi thời điểm.

• Execute Operational Excellence (OE) programs in the Quality Assurance Department.
• Thực hiện Chương trình vận hành tối ưu tại phòng ĐBCL.

• Ensure compliance with GMP requirements in the performance of assigned tasks.
• Đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định về GMP trong khi thực hiện các công việc được phân công.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
• Thực hiện và chịu trách nhiệm các công việc khác theo sự phân công.

Job Requirement

• University’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Dược.

• At least 7 years of uninterrupted work experience in Quality Assurance, production, control of pharmaceuticals in a GMP regulated industry.
• Tối thiểu 7 năm liên tục trong hoạt động ĐBCL, Sản xuất, kiểm soát dược phẩm trong nhà máy hoạt động theo GMP.

• Fluent in English.
• Tiếng Anh thành thạo.
