Develop detailed GMP standards and procedures for each product category manufacturing
Design, verify and validate the cleaning and sanitizing method (GHP) base on current processing line at the factories
Lead or participate in quality or cost saving based improvement projects on GMP, GHP
Assess, audit and inspect new equipment, processing line, factory
Job Requirement
At least bachelor degree in Food Science/Technology or Microbiology
At least 2 year experiences working as microbiologist, hygienist or QA responsible for 5S, hygiene and GMP
Refer candidate understand cleaning method and have experience in processing line (understand machine design, chemical activity and food safety compliance)
