QC Engineer (OQC/ IPQC) - Cu Chi (company bus provided)

Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Make sure the finished product is manufactured under a stable production facility, consistent testing data, in order to conform company product specification.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare the OQC work instruction of all models for technicians.

- Prepare the OQC Test JIG , fixture for all models for technicians.

- Provide technical assistance and operational training for technicians.

- Analyze the non-conformance product online and during FAI / OQC / IPQC inspection and EOL issue

- Make sure the OQC technician and the IPQC follow the work instruction through data analysis.

- Analyze the non-conformance data during IPQC / OQC control.

- Check the component used in the assembly line matches with BOM.

- Make sure all quality documents is ready before production.

- Patrol and Audit production line to make sure of quality during time production.

- Troubleshooting of any quality problem, give out solution to improve the process in the production line.

- Follow up on new product building.

- Follow up on the mass production product reliability test and analyze the failed sample.

- Understood and familiar with quality tools: DFMEA, PFMEA, QCP, 5 Why, 7 tools….

Job Requirement

- Education: Graduated from University with engineering majors: Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Electronic...

- Experience: From 2 years of experience in the same roles for electronic manufacturing

- Knowledge: Able to handle full set of quality control problem.

- Functional Skills:

+ Good communication in English

+ Good communication / presentation skills

+ Familiar with the Quality Tools.

+ Familiar with different manufacturing process
