- Monitor incoming material inspection programs and daily product quality and communicate results to relevant departments
- Ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System on the production line
- Guarantee that final inspection and packaging meet customer quality requirements
- Notify internal departments about non-conforming products, coordinate replacement schedules, and calculate replacement costs
- Manage problem-solving processes related to quality issues, including Internal Corrective Action Requests and Corrective Action Requests with internally departments and customers
- Supervise and evaluate performance of QC staff
- Plan and organize training courses for employees on product quality and relevant regulations
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Quality Manager and report directly to the Quality Manager.
Other requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with focus to mechanical engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality control in manufacturing
- First leadership experience
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF16949 and Lean-Management
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with different department heads and customers
- Very good in English (written and spoken)
- Very good skills in MS Office
