QSA Engineer (Supplier audit experience) - Cu Chi (having shuttle bus)

JOB SUMMARY

As a member of the RYOBI QSA & DCC team, the QMS Engineer is responsible for quality systems (QSA+HSPM+SER+GSV) maintenances, including but not limited to: conduct product certification audits at GP / Cuchi and Dau Giay facility, conduct quality systems internal audits ,ISO document update & control , assist external audits, and CAPA follow-up activities; conduct supplier quality systems audit to support China audit team if necessary; on the other hand, accept other tasks Manager / department head assigned for GP / Cuchi and Dau Giay quality systems continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

- Main Job1 : Quality systems (QSA+HSPM+SER+GSV) maintenances: assist supervisors and collaborate with cross-functional teams at GP / Cuchi and Dau Giay facility to maintain QMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, QSA, SER, GSV); such as participate in internal audits, external audits, and product certification audits; follow up corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)...

- Main Job 2 : Conduct supplier quality systems audit which assigned by department head if necessary

- Main Job 3 : ISO document update & control: update ISO documents and assist Document Control Center (DCC) tasks if necessary

Job Requirement

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field

- Good communication in English

- Experience: 

• Minimum 2 years of working experiencein the same roles for an electronics manufacturing environment.

• Experience in QMS system control, internal/ external audits, or quality department activities are preferred.

• Supplier quality systems’ audit experiences with technical background are preferred

- Knowledge:

• Solid understanding of quality systems.

• Certified ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor is required; ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor certification is an advantage.
