- Control food product quality, and monitor production parameters in the area in charge from raw materials to finished products.
- Control the production monitoring records.
- Testing microbiological, sensory and industrial hygiene tests periodically.
- Check warehouses for storage of semi-finished and finished products: warehouse hygiene, quality of goods in stock.
- Monitor worker’s compliance with food safety regulations.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to investigate the reason, solution and corrective actions when there are any problems, noncompliance occurring in production or customer complaints.
- Participate in trial production of new products and assess risks that may affect product quality.
- Propose tools and instruments for quality control.
- Propose improvement of control methods to improve product quality.
- Check the conditions of production in compliance with HACCP, GMP, and SSOP.
- Report incidents to team leader or supervisor. - Other duties as assigned by the manager.
- Work in shifts, and overtime when required.
Job Requirement
- Graduated from University/ College with a major related to Food Technology/ Biotechnology/ Chemistry engineering.
- Experienced at least 1 year in the related field.
- Knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP.
- Able to work independently, enthusiastic, dedicated, and able to work under pressure.
