Quantity Surveyor (Onsite)

Job Description

This person is responsible to prepare and gather all the documents for payment from the right stakeholders, including but not limited to below:

• Conduct site visits during tender and pre-construction stage for preliminary drawings, validate quantities and site conditions

• Prepare Bills of Quantities

• Prepare shop drawings

• Prepare Variation Orders quantities and drawings

• Support and work with project team for material delivery and acceptance, as required

• Prepare Acceptance minutes, and obtain signature from all relevant parties

• Prepare As-built drawings

• Reconcile final construction quantities

• Prepare and submit all required site documents for project close-out and payment.

• Coordinate with project team and other relevant departments as needed for project.

• Ensure project meets quality standards and complies with contract

Job Requirement

* Requirements: 

• Ability to do take-off 
• Ability to understand and do shop drawings   
• Ability to use proficiently 2D, AutoCAD 
• Prepare and make As-build drawings 
• Can use Excel   
• Careful and detailed oriented  
• Hardworking, willing to learn and pressure management                                                                                                                                              
• Willing to travel onsite
