The Art of Welcome: Provide a warm, personalized greeting and farewell to every guest, ensuring a high level of satisfaction from the moment they arrive.
Reservation & Inquiry Management: Handle all booking inquiries via phone, email, and social media with professionalism and efficiency.
Operational Excellence: Manage opening/closing checklists, coordinate with the accounting team on red invoice requests, and source third-party vendors for special guest requests (flowers, cakes, etc.).
Guest Loyalty & Insights: Analyze customer profiles to build loyalty and provide detailed monthly data reports to the Operations Manager.
Team Collaboration: Act as the vital link between the office and service teams, assisting in restaurant setup and ensuring all service stations are clean and stocked.
Revenue Optimization: Contribute to the restaurant’s success through strategic upselling and effective table management.
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
Communication: Working fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), email etiquette, and social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram).
Professionalism: Exceptional grooming standards, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and energetic under pressure.
Knowledge: A solid understanding in Food & Beverage industry.
