Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday) and 8:30 - 12:30 (Saturday Morning).

I. Job Objective:

  • Testing & Quality: Monitor and evaluate formulas through consumer testing, stability and compatibility (packaging) studies, PET/challenge tests (when required), HRIPT/patch/claims tests; collaborate with QA/Regulatory teams.
  • OEM/ODM Collaboration: Draft product briefs, monitor samples/tests, optimize BOM/costing, control MOQ/lead-time, and participate in pilot and scale-up phases.
  • Technical & Regulatory Documentation: Execute, verify, and track COA, TDS, MSDS, CFS; prepare PIF data/INCI labeling/claims per ASEAN/US/UK regulations.
  • Quality Standards & AQL: Define standards, collaborate with QA/QC for batch testing, and handle CAPA when deviations occur.
  • User Testing: Organize target user panels; collect feedback on sensorials, longevity, oil control, transfer resistance, and translate insights into improvements.

Job Requirement

III. Requirements:

  • Experience: ≥ 1 year in Cosmetics R&D/PD (open to high-potential fresh graduates in Cosmetic Science with strong experimental track record).
  • Direct involvement in ≥ 1 product development project (preferably with a launched product).
  • Understanding of end-to-end PD cycle: idea → brief → sample → test → BOM → pilot → launch → post-launch.
  • Preferably experienced with OEM/ODM (e.g., Intercos, Cosmax, Kolmar, etc. or equivalents); with proven cases of optimizing BOM/cost/lead-time.
  • Knowledge: Base/emulsion technologies, film-former systems, effect pigments, stabilizers, preservatives; familiar with common testing methods and regulatory requirements.
  • Tools: Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel (lookup/index-match, pivot); comfortable using AI/Notion.
