Receptionist cum Admin

Job Description

· Perform a wide variety of duties that may be confidential in nature.

· Act as front desk staff in the reception area and receive couriers and messengers as well as assist on-site visitors. Handle telephone calls, screen and route telephone calls; maintains a log of inquiries as required.

· Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

· Responsible to receive and update inventory records of all incoming purchased supplies, sorting and distributing incoming mail and other external documents.

· Receives and distributes parcel/document deliveries to the respective recipients as soon as she receives them.

· Ensuring that office is well maintained. Monitor and report any concerns regarding facility needs for maintenance, orderliness, and cleanliness.

· Act as local interface for regional IT to set-up computers and support to deal with local IT Vendors.

· Responsible for issuance of office and pantry supplies, marketing materials, and other related office items requested by respective departments.

· Conduct inventory management of all office and pantry supplies and marketing materials.

· Assist visitors in a welcoming manner especially when there are clients/ visiting colleagues/ executives. Provide refreshments (water/ coffee), and assist them with food delivery if needed.

· Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirement

·       Must be able to read, write and speak in English

·       Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

·       Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

·       Good interpersonal and communication skills

·       Attention to detail

·       Bachelor’s Degree Graduate or Vocational Graduate related to Business Administration courses.

        At least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
