Objective:
· To handle incoming calls professionally and to manage administrative tasks effectively
· To be always professional appearance in greeting guests to bring the most convenient moments to the guests
· To be an organized representative of Porsche Lifestyle (PLX)
Key tasks and responsibilities:
· Handling telephone calls professionally, screening and transferring to the right person, following Porsche phone etiquettes
· Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment (for example: caring for decorative elements such as flowers, surrounding plants and the coffee table, etc)
· Being responsible for the Porsche Lifestyle merchandise business, including product orders, product sales, product display, shop decoration and stock control.
· Welcoming guests to the Company nicely and effectively. Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate parties.
· Handling customer’s calls or walk-in visits and aligning with sales consultants.
· Handling fixed office expenses (payment request for postage, cellphone, taxi, management fee, drinking water, water consumption, rental plant, internet, and office flower fee, etc).
· Taking care of cleanliness and sound system in showroom.
· Other ad hoc assignments and projects
· 01-02 years of working experience in similar position
· Computer skills (Microsoft Office XP products)
· Fluent in English (especially in speaking)
· Good communication skills
· Good appearance is an advantage
· Clean, tidy, well-groomed and always maintain a professional appearance.
· Proactive, friendly, approachable and positive attitude.
· Punctual, reliable and committed to scheduled shifts with a willingness to work overtime when required.
