Job Functions of Consultant / Senior Consultant
Doing the 360 degree practise of recruitment includes attracting clients and candidates
Developing relationships, managing and active communication with clients
Pre-screening candidate’s CV for assessing the candidate potential interview and preparing for forwarding to clients
Coordinating with clients end to end process to start date
Developing and maintaining relations with HR team/Recruit channel partners
Always keeping in contact with clients to get feedback and any problems of candidates
Focused, self-motivated and a confident individual who possesses strong customer service, sales experience and multi-tasking skills
Achieves sales target
Pre-screening candidate’s CV for assessing the candidate potential interview and preparing for forwarding to clients
Preparing wage schedules, employment conditions, compensation and benefits for employment approval
Job Requirement
Great negotiation skills
