Recruitment Specialist (8-month temporary contract)
Working location: Etown Cộng Hòa (Tân Bình)

1. Recruitment:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring for all positions
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and expectations for each position.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and job boards.

2. Onboarding:

• Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Develop onboarding materials and programs to help new hires integrate into the company effectively.
• Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.

• Quản lý toàn bộ quy trình tuyển dụng, bao gồm đăng tin tuyển dụng, sàng lọc hồ sơ, phỏng vấn và tuyển dụng cho tất cả các vị trí.

• Phối hợp với các công ty tuyển dụng bên ngoài và các trang web việc làm
• Phát triển các tài liệu và chương trình onboarding giúp nhân viên mới dễ dàng hòa nhập vào công ty.
• Tổ chức các buổi định hướng cho nhân viên mới và đảm bảo quá trình hội nhập diễn ra suôn sẻ.
• Đảm bảo tất cả giấy tờ cần thiết của nhân viên mới được hoàn thiện và lưu trữ đúng quy định.

Job Requirement

• University degree, preferably majoring in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and internal communication roles
• Experience in a manufacturing or similar industry is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. Familiar with SAP Success Factor is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Creative and innovative thinking.

• Tư duy sáng tạo và đổi mới.
• Có khả năng xử lý thông tin nhạy cảm một cách bảo mật.
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp và tương tác cá nhân mạnh mẽ.
• Kỹ năng tổ chức và quản lý thời gian xuất sắc.
