Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate all recruitment activities for both white-collar and blue-collar positions, with a strong focus on production workforce.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and define hiring requirements.
• Develop effective recruitment strategies and sourcing plans to attract suitable candidates.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, job portals, training centers, and vocational schools.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, turnover rates).
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
• Participate in job fairs, career days, and military discharge recruitment programs.
• Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws.
• Train and guide junior recruiters or HR staff when needed.
• College/University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Good time management and ability to work under high pressure.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or labor-intensive industries.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview practices, and employment regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to make reports using Word, Excel, PowerPoint..
• Experience in recruiting through online channels (Facebook, Zalo, TikTok, LinkedIn...)
• Ability to design posters, run online ads or manage fanpages and websites is an advantage.
• Proficient in English communication (both spoken and written).
