Manage recruitment requests from all departments, analyze all job descriptions for the vacancies, define sources and search paths for the most qualified candidate
Manage public recruitment announcements on TA Website Fan Page, Facebook page, and Zalo. Handle posting with recruitment website when needed
Manage workload for recruiting team to maximize the company’s recruiting effort
In collaboration with the recruiting team, follow the hiring process working with heads of departments, approvals, making the offer
In collaboration with Head of HR, work to develop programs for internal recruitment as well as recruitment outside
In collaborate with departments to understand the requirements for specialized jobs and know/learn the testing required
Manage, and classify potential candidates for HR recruitment positions
Review and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels and propose improvements to improve the qualify of recruitment
Manage recruitment KPI, key performance indicators for recruitment team, adjust as needed in collaboration with management
Summarizes HC recruitment demand, recruitment plan to meet demand on job require
Maintain and develop relationships with potential candidates in the furniture industry to build a candidate pool for future needs
Network with others in recruiting professionals to find the best possible candidates for skill levels
Job Requirement
5 years of experience in recruiting
Recruiting experience in manufacturing, wood furniture manufacturing is a plus
Excellent communication skills including experience in managing a team
Top-level skills in electronic communication and platforms
Experience working with outside placement agencies
University Degree in Human Resources a positive
Language skills English, Chinese a positive
