Job Description

Location: Remote
Duration: 3 months
Stipend: Remote Internship

About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support daily HR operations. This role will give you hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Maintain and update HR records and databases
  • Support onboarding and induction activities
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in building a career in Human Resources
