MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY / DUTIES
1. Main tasks:
Reserve booking as required by the Sales Department
- Reserve/revise/finalize/follow/reconfirm bookings sent by the Sales Department
- Update and discuss the new suppliers and products with the Contracting and Product Department.
- Update suppliers’ amendment and inform concerning departments: Sales, Contracting, Marketing, and Production
- Conduct monthly payable report and transfer the report to the Operation Manager
Monitor, supervise and solve problems arising from suppliers
- Pre-check services to make sure all services are reserved before the client’s arrival
- Directly solve problems arising during the tour and take responsibility for any problems arising and any additional costs
- Update the issues in the issue reports and transfer them to the Quality Control Department
Other tasks:
- Review supplier quality with the Contracting / Production Department
- Update and implement all commitments, policies and guidelines about Sustainability
