Job Description
1. Order Management and Sales Support
- Receive, review, and process Sale orders, prepare goods and related documents (Commercial invoice, Packing list, Customs declaration, etc).
- Monitor production, delivery, and payment schedules to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Work with forwarders, shipping lines, and customs to handle domestic and international orders.
- Track delivery progress and assist in resolving any shipping issues.

2. Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare reports related to shipping costs, warranty quantites, and other logistics data.
- Prepare additional reports and other tasks as assigned by the manager.
3. Administrative and Internal Support
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage goods mevement and ensure sufficient stock leves for all orders.
