- Develop and manage client relationships, and establish a deep and ongoing understanding of their business goals, challenges, and future needs
- Leverage a deep understanding of each client’s industry to identify and qualify forward-thinking and high-impact opportunities
- Collaborate with the internal technical teams to develop solutions that exceed client expectations
- Proactively prospect new opportunities using various lead generation tools and tactics including cold calling
- Ensure the client has an amazing experience all the way through the sales cycle (listen, engage, and follow up)
- Drive effective quote, proposal, and presentation delivery, and manage the overall opportunity process
- Maintain ongoing sales funnel report with timely and accurate information
- Be an active sales team member who contributes to the sales team goals (quota achievement and participation in team meetings and ideation sessions)
- BA/BS degree with a concentration in marketing, sales, business administration.
- Up to 8 years of sales leader, sales manager.
- Up to 8 years of industry sales experience in business such as wire harness, cable harness, plastic, electrical components
- Comfortable with fast-paced, global working environment. Always hungry for success with a startup mindset
- A strong desire to solve problems and take on challenges
- A tremendous work ethic and dedication to excellence
- A unique ability to develop and manage executive (CEO, CFO, CIO, etc.) customer relationships and work with multiple levels within an organization
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Sales experiences in cable, wire harness, electronic component, plastic.
- Highly technical and analytical.
