Job Description
**Project admin:
• Support project documentation
• Support sourcing for products project needs
• Issuing PO for project & make sure delivery is on schedule
• Follow up and prepare documents on project billing
• Prepare workers timesheet
• Collating all invoices and send to Accounting Department for processing
• Support project manager in preparing all the tender documents
• Other administrative work
**Sales admin:
• Provide the Administration for Sales Engineers and Managers
• Indoor sales activities
• call customer and follow up on quotations/ queries
• Generate quotation o Prepare sales contract
• Filling all POs and contract
Job Requirement
- Minimum of 1 years related experience in project/Sales admin function.
- Able to speak and write simple English
