The role of a Sales Administrator involves supporting the sales team in carrying out reports and admin tasks that support the team:
Reporting & Data Compilation:
Daily sales reporting
Consolidation of weekly, monthly, quarterly reports and other analytical reports as requested by management
Aggregation of sales figures
Perform Tender Documents:
Perform Tender Documents:
Bidding Documents Analysis, summed up the tender conditions; participated in planning the bid preparation; procedures and coordinate with relevant division
Administrative tasks of the department:
Storage and tracking of contracts
Organization, management, and storage of records, documents used within the scope of assigned responsibilities
Maintenance of contracts, business agreements within the assigned responsibilities.
Translation support when required
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Good at English (Equivalent to IELTS 5.5 - 6.0)
At least 1 years of experience in Sales admin
Good ability to analyze, synthesize information, and logical thinking
Able to manage time, manage work and have a high sense of responsibility at work.
Can be work independent as well as teamwork
