- Proactively step into the market to observe client behaviors, capture needs, and identify trends firsthand, rather than relying solely on internal reports.
- Leverage market insights to influence product strategy, service offerings, and sales positioning.
- Represent the company as a credible and inspiring voice at industry events such as career fairs, conferences, and networking meetups.
2. Business Strategy & Cross-functional Oversight
- Collaborate with the BOD to propose, refine, and execute business strategies.
- Execute market development projects assigned by the BOD to expand business opportunities and explore new revenue streams.
- Maintain strong visibility across internal operations, including Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure that strategies are data-driven, feasible, and resource-efficient.
- Consistently bring innovative, actionable, and forward-thinking ideas to the table.
3. Team Leadership & Organizational Development
- Be fully accountable for meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets.
- Build and grow a high-performing BDM/GAM team through strategic recruitment, training, and coaching.
- Mentor team members and develop individual career roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Monitor pipelines, identify growth levers, and accelerate deal closures.
- Design and implement smart sales incentive programs based on business needs and market trends.
