Job Description

  • Identify and develop new customers and explore untapped customer segments.
  • Engage with existing clients within the assigned territory to drive sales growth.
  • Handle daily business matters related to customer accounts.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Maintain regular communication with OEM customer contacts to understand their needs and identify opportunities for sales expansion.
  • Ensure all account records, including sales data, quotations, and contact information, are consistently updated and accurately maintained.
  • Oversee and assess the performance of designated distributor sales teams or channel partners when applicable.
  • Set individual targets aligned with overall company goals and strategies.
  • Travel when necessary to meet with customers, review order status, discuss new opportunities, and address any issues.

Job Requirement

  • Male/Female, under 35 years old
  • University degree in related majors 
  • Have 3 -5 years of experience in sales for FDI companies selling adhesive tape & glue.
  • Good command in English (Priority to know more Chinese)
