We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.
Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
1/ Job Responsibilities:
· Proactively develop a sales plan to achieve target sales revenue and other KPIs.
· Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
· Actively pursue new business prospects through cold calling, networking, and social media.
· Collaborate with the team to identify target customers, build a pipeline, prepare and conduct sales calls, create proposals, follow up, and close sales.
· Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Closely monitor the client's project to forecast their demand and ensure an appropriate inventory plan.
· Work with assigned suppliers to promote and drive sales.
· Regularly review and ensure that the sales report is fully always updated.
2/ Requirement:
· Graduated from the university of chemical field.
· Experience: Preference for candidates with min 3-5 years of experience in cosmetic raw material sales.
· English: Upper Intermediate level.
· Having connections with cosmetics manufacturing companies.
· Fast learner and passion for sales.
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
· Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
· Good communication skills and fast relationship builder.
· Good organizational abilities.
· Excellent analytical skills.
3/ Working Details:
· Holiday: Sat, Sun, National Holiday
· Working Hour: 8:30 - 17:00

· Training: Have the opportunity to training at the head quarter (Japan) if the candidate's performance matches the company's orientation. Conditions: Working from more than 1 year.
· Probationary period: 2 months 100%.
