Reports to : Regional Business Development Manager Sales Manager (Vietnam)
Duties and Responsibilities • Develop product sales from customer database and meet the budget set forth by Management. • To build customer base in various industries such as coating, ink, adhesives and plastic, compounding, segment • To prepare for new segment penetration as set forth in business strategy. • Products for sales activities include both solvents and performance chemicals. • To build strong customer relationship and manage customer requirements • Ensuring prompt payment from customer. • Develop, retain and maintain good relationship with customers through regular contacts and meetings to exchange market information and development • Collaboration with other functions and utilizing existing planning, monitoring and forecasting tools to achieve planned sales volumes as per budget. • Collecting feedback from customers, through active listening and monitoring, to learn customer’s needs and develop strategies to meet customer’s requirements to fulfill what our client has promised. • To conduct marketing study, market segmentation, netback comparison and other special projects to develop new and innovative business
Job Requirement
Education :
- Graduated from University/Collage with majors in Chemical, Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
- Able communicate in English both speaking and writing.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office.
- At least 2-3 years for Sales Executive in similar position, prefer candidates having knowledge in Chemical field.
- Knowledge about Sales and Services management skills.
- Be strong in communication, people management skills, problem solving skills, leadership skills, negotiation skills
