Promotional Strategy: Drive targeted promotions and marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and product demand across multiple channels.
Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize market insights to refine pricing, adapt marketing efforts, and ensure resonance with target audiences in B2B markets.
Job Requirement
Experience: More than 5 years of proven working experience as a Sales manager or a relevant role, preferably within the consumer goods industry or a similar sector, with a successful background in B2B sales and distribution.
Strong knowledge of supplying ingredients for manufacturing industries, such as nutrition food, confectionery, beverage, FMCG, cosmetics, dietary supplements, and HORECA.
Build close relationships with potential clients in the industries.
Experience in B2B commercial activities in Vietnam, as well as exporting items such as industrial ingredients, natural sweet taste compounds, and organic products, is advantageous.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (master’s degree is advantageous).
Sales Expertise: Strong B2B sales acumen, with a history of managing partnerships and expanding customer bases across diverse channels.
Leadership and Communication Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capability to drive team alignment and communicate effectively across departments.
