Job Description

1. Sales

  • Channel Partnerships: Develop and sustain strategic B2B distribution partnership to maximize product reach across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Account Management: Strengthen relationships with key clients by providing tailored solutions, fostering customer loyalty, and encouraging repeat business.
  • Revenue Growth: Design and execute data-driven sales strategies to achieve revenue objectives, optimizing product placement and customer engagement.

2. Marketing

  • Market Positioning: Build and implement a brand strategy to establish the company as a leader in nipa-derived consumer goods, appealing to business consumers.
  • Promotional Strategy: Drive targeted promotions and marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and product demand across multiple channels.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize market insights to refine pricing, adapt marketing efforts, and ensure resonance with target audiences in B2B markets.

Job Requirement

  • Experience: More than 5 years of proven working experience as a Sales manager or a relevant role, preferably within the consumer goods industry or a similar sector, with a successful background in B2B sales and distribution.
  • Strong knowledge of supplying ingredients for manufacturing industries, such as nutrition food​​, confectionery, beverage, FMCG, cosmetics, dietary supplements, and HORECA.
  • Build close relationships with potential clients in the industries.
  • Experience in B2B commercial activities in Vietnam, as well as exporting items such as industrial ingredients, natural sweet taste compounds, and organic products, is advantageous.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (master’s degree is advantageous).
  • Sales Expertise: Strong B2B sales acumen, with a history of managing partnerships and expanding customer bases across diverse channels.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capability to drive team alignment and communicate effectively across departments.
  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to develop innovative strategies for market positioning and scaling distribution.
  • Analytical and Data-Driven: Skilled in using data insights to refine strategies and enhance operational performance.
