Develop and execute the business strategy for the food ingredients segment to achieve sales, profitability, and market share targets.
Lead business development activities by identifying new opportunities and providing market insights to support sales targets and Vietnam market penetration.
Monitor market trends, analyze data, and propose strategies for product and market development.
Drive initiatives to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
Manage, optimize, and expand the product portfolio.
Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Prepare and maintain regular business reports to track performance and support decision-making.
Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Food Technology, Chemistry or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in raw materials for the F&B manufacturing industry.
Knowledgeable about ingredients used in manufacturing and processing, especially those related to sweeteners and modified starch.
Strong relationships with suppliers and customers in Vietnam’s F&B processing sector.
Strong change management abilities, multitasking skills, and resilience under pressure.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
Analytical mindset with a keen awareness of market trends.
Have the ability to conduct basic financial analysis, including sales, volume, profit & loss (P&L), and return on investment (ROI).
