Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve FCL/ LCL volume and revenue targets through new business
acquisition and existing account growth.
• Develop and execute territory or trade-lane focused sales strategies in line with
CMS’s business goals.
• Identify and target key verticals or industries suitable for FCL/ LCL solutions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, BCOs, and
logistics partners.
• Work closely with the pricing team to secure competitive rates and value
propositions.
• Coordinate with the FCL/ LCL operations team to ensure service quality and
timely execution.
• Provide regular market intelligence and competitor updates to regional and
product teams.
• Prepare detailed client proposals, RFI/RFQs, and participate in tender processes.
• Ensure CRM entries are up to date with sales pipelines, client activities, and
conversion rates.
5 - 7+ years of experience in FCL/ LCL freight sales or related ocean freight
roles (sales or product/freight forwarding).
• Strong understanding of FCL/ LCL trade lanes, especially Asia
outbound/inbound.
• Proven track record in securing mid- to large-scale accounts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with overseas agents and understanding of consolidation
hubs.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
