Sales & Marketing Assistant

Job Description

- Making quotation per season/order, buyer’s forecast control.

- Working to develop items, colors.

- Support Sales side in concerns related to buyer’s request.

- Coordination between Salesperson and Global Marketing Group

- Notify the estimated time of production, prepare shipping documents, follow and update the production situation, and train schedule for customers.

- Prepare import/export shipping document.

- Receive and respond to customer inquiries, requests and claims after sales.

- Monitor and summarize monthly invoices, remind customers to pay debts when due.

- Other tasks assigned by Marketing Leader/Managers.

Job Requirement

1. Education: Graduated from College/University
2. Experience: Welcome fresher or having 1-2 years’ experience is an advantage.
3. Skills:
   • English: Upper-Intermediate. Knowing Chinese is a plus.
   • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
   • Hard-working, aggressive with good communication skills.
   • Experience in trim or textile is preferred.
