We are looking for candidate for Senior Consultant - HR Outsourcing Services, Mass Recruitment (Manufacturing), located in Ho Chi Minh city.

Identifies and analyses a range of problems by isolating key issues, evaluating relevant data and takes responsibility for making effective, considered and timely decisions.
Understands and equips updated knowledge, trends of HRM value chain and its processes such as: Talent Acquisition & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations... to generate insights, initiatives to provide total HR solutions to the clients.
Functional Competency: Business Development, Administrative works, Knowledge of Labour Code & Insurance Law, Knowledge of Personal Income Tax (PIT), Resourcing and placement
Fluently English and Proficiency in MS Office.
