I. Costing management
-Set up standard cost for purchased materials & produced products
-Closely monitor standard & actual purchased & production costs. Timely track & analyze deviation of standard cost, be able to explain deviation, impact to the business.
-Fully understand BOM calculation, be able to detect error and fix before activating the costs.
-Ensure production orders are timely updated and closed.
-Identify cost issues (e.g. yield loss, gap between BOM and Actual, high sundry cost, etc.) and coordinate with Production, BOM Controllers for proper action to improve level of control on costing management.
II.BOM controlling (Advanced)
-Follow up CR system to update JC (BOM, Route) relate to consumption, yield, mpc, process...
-Be an important backup of Data Manager to create new item-configuration, create new operations, create JC to based on flow chart...
-Consolidation of BOM explosion on group level.
III. Reporting & Budgeting
-Prepare and analysis monthly CM report.
-Prepare monthly production deviation and sundry report, recognize area of concerns for prober attention and verification.
-Follow up, timely and precisely calculate monthly savings impact on financial statements, provide the early identification of problem areas (if any). Join monthly savings meeting, can lead the meeting where necessary.
-Participate in yearly budget. Take an important part in coordinating and verifying targets of other departments (material prices- purchasing/sourcing, yield- QA, productivity-Production, etc.).
-Preparation of budget contribution margin & other related reports.
IV. Coaching and supporting
-Coach team members (Cost Controller, Senior Cost Controller, BOM Controller) to fulfill tasks and reach higher quality of performance.
-Sound understanding of ERP system (relating to inventory/cost/BOM controlling) to support check and solve issues in difficult circumstances. Define rules, lead customization (System setup).
-Help clarify/answer inquiries related to production costing from other departments (PE, QA, Production, etc.)
-Complicated ad-hoc tasks/reports assigned by manager to meet deadlines with time pressure.
-Backup team members when necessary
V.Others
-Take part in savings/Kaizen/lean projects and help verify savings.
-Effectively utilization of excel skills (Macro, Power Queries…) to build-up templates to facilitate reporting preparation and improve accuracy of the data.
-Effectively communicate and coordinate with other departments in problem solving, daily operation... to ensure work objectives achieved
-Graduate from University/ College with major in foreign trade, economic, or finance University , major in foreign trade, economic, or finance.
-At least 03 year experiences in BOM or Cost controlling
-Experience in international/ manufacturing (electronic) company is preferrable.
-Basic knowledge of accounting work & computer servicing.
-Good at excel spread sheet and word.
-Can use ERP/ Axapta, preferable.
-Fluent in English.
-Good analytical skill.
-Structured and systematic.
-Open minded, committed, dedicated and flexible
