In relation to BIM Level 2, you will assume the responsibilities of Project Delivery Manager (PDM) and
Project Information Manager (PIM), depending on the client, project, and team structure.
Line Management under the Digital Managers.
Responsible for delivering BIM Management projects related to architecture, engineering, consulting, and training, under the guidance of the managers.
Support the estimation of Atlas digital resources new or existing projects, tasks, and scopes.
Provide digital support, such as setup or protocol implementation, to other departments.
Support the creation of digital content in Revit for digital projects.
Supervise and manage the Digital Coordinators.
Receive training in digital software and topics, and train other Atlas teams.
Implementing & maintaining BIM Management documents such as BIM Execution Plan, BIM Standard, and BIM Guidelines.
Ensuring the Digital QA / QC procedures are in place & being completed across all Digital projects
Perform Clash Detection, Model Audit, and Model Maintenance.
Liaising directly with the Client.
Attend client Model Management & Model Coordination meetings
Ensure that project documentation and reports are regularly created and distributed to the client and the Digital Manager.
Attendance & participation in Digital Team Meetings.
Responsible for the management of the BIM CDE (Autodesk ACC)
To troubleshoot & provide recommendations to Clients as may be appropriate.
Experience in:
+ Implementation and maintenance of BIM documentation (BEP, SMP, EIR, AIR).
+ Creation and management of the Common Data Environment (CDE).
+ Models Audit, and BIM Assessment.
+ BIM coordination and clash detection experience.
+ Asset tagging. COBie experience as an advantage
Job Requirement
REQUIREMENTS Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Degree, Associate Diploma or Diploma from either Architecture, Structure, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical &/or Hydraulic Engineering & at least two years post-graduate experience.
Practical experience in applying typical BIM documents such as EIR, BEP, or AIR based on project experience. Familiarity with ISO 19650 is an advantage.
Practical knowledge of standards, rules, and regulations for international building codes as an advantage.
Experience in delivering and coordinating multi-disciplinary, large-scale projects is an advantage.
Official BIM Certification as an advantage.
English: Advanced level in both written & verbal form to communicate with Clients.
Software skills: + Advanced experience in multiple BIM Authoring Platforms – Revit (ArchiCAD, Tekla or others as an advantage) + Experience in the management of cloud CDEs: Autodesk BIM360/ACC. Other CDEs as an advantage. + Experience in 1 or more clash coordination software: Navisworks, Revizto, Solibri + Experience in Automation plug-ins & Platforms as an advantage: Dynamo, Grasshopper, pyRevit, etc. + Experience in 1 or more BIM 4D software as an advantage: Navisworks, Fuzor, Synchro
