We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in Performance Marketing to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention through paid digital channels. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, analytical, and capable of optimizing multi-channel campaigns to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Programmatic, etc.).
Own and manage budget allocation across channels to maximize efficiency and ROI.
Analyze and interpret campaign data to optimize conversion rates, CAC, and ROAS.
Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to enhance performance.
Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copies, visuals, and video content.
Collaborate with the product and CRM team to ensure seamless customer journey and retention strategies.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, identifying insights and making data-driven recommendations.
Design promotional campaigns and manage promotional budgets to enhance customer conversion while optimizing costs.
Utilize design skills to create compelling marketing assets that align with brand identity and drive engagement.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong focus on Performance Marketing.
Proven track record in running and scaling high-budget performance campaigns.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid media platforms.
Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, etc.).
Proficiency in data analysis and performance optimization (Excel, SQL, Looker, or similar tools is a plus).
Experience with growth marketing strategies, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and make real-time campaign adjustments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in e-commerce, fintech, healthtech, or similar industries is a plus.
Experience in managing and optimizing promotions and discount strategies to drive conversions efficiently.
