Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement the company’s ESG & HSE strategy, ensuring compliance with IFC, GRI, SASB, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and local regulations.
Conduct risk assessments, sustainability audits, and ensure compliance with environmental and labor laws.
Manage waste, emissions, and resource efficiency programs to reduce environmental impact.
Coordinate social responsibility, human rights, and community engagement initiatives.
Develop and maintain ESG/HSE reports, KPIs, and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
Support supplier ESG evaluations, ensuring ethical sourcing and safe working conditions.
Lead or support incident investigations, emergency drills, and corrective actions (CAPA).
Conduct ESG & HSE training, toolbox talks, and promote a culture of safety and sustainability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, HR, Procurement, and ESG teams to integrate ESG principles into daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Occupational Safety; Master’s or ESG/HSE certifications (GRI, ISO, IFC) preferred.
3–8 years of experience in ESG/HSE management, ideally in manufacturing or wood industry.
Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, risk management, sustainability reporting, and compliance.
Proficient in English, data analysis, and MS Office.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about sustainability and ethical business.
