Senior Executive Project Planning

Job Description

Job Purpose
Support the Group Planning function in managing real estate project development plans, analyzing project and business performance, and providing strategic insights to support executive decision-making. This role requires strong experience in real estate project planning, data analysis, and enterprise systems such as SAP and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities
1. Real Estate Project Planning & Tracking (40%)

• Collect and update data on real estate project development plans.
• Coordinate with project teams to track implementation progress vs. approved schedules.
• Identify delays or risks in execution and escalate to management.
• Prepare reports related to variation orders, extensions of time, and project status.

2. Performance Monitoring & Analysis (30%)

• Monitor sales and product plans for each project (product types, pricing, launch phases).
• Analyze data from Sales & Marketing teams to assess product performance and absorption rate.
• Provide strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on project KPIs using Power BI.

3. Planning System & Process Management (15%)

• Maintain and enhance planning-related modules on SAP (project structure, timelines, budget).
• Collaborate with Finance, Investment, and other teams to integrate planning data.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning cycles.

4. Cross-functional Coordination & Reporting (15%)

• Prepare presentation materials for internal and BOD reporting.
• Support Group Planning team in ad-hoc strategic projects and internal initiatives.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business, or related fields.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in real estate development, project planning, or corporate strategy.
• Experience working at property developers is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Power BI (data modeling, dashboards, visualization).
• Familiar with SAP, SAP S4 Hana (project planning, budgeting, scheduling modules).
• Solid understanding of real estate project lifecycle and investment feasibility.
• Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Master Planning, Urban Development Projects, or Integrated Townships.
• Familiarity with Vietnamese Real Estate regulations and planning processes.
• Knowledge of basic financial modeling or project finance is a plus.
